ABOUT US
ACE Annapolis mission is to be the definitive resource and leading conduit for Anne Arundel County high school students to pursue ACE (Architectural, Construction Management, Engineering) careers. Our vision is to advance and sustain the design & construction industry through mentoring, professional networking, and scholarship opportunities.
With almost twenty mentors who are professionals in our area, our program mentored over fifty students at three high schools (Broadneck, Old Mill, Severna Park) during our 2024-2025 program year. All juniors and seniors are eligible for scholarships. Students will be presenting their project designs at an event in April at Anne Arundel Community College. The scholarship winners will be announced at Trades Day.
In spring of 2025, ACE awarded $20,000 in scholarships and cash awards to students.
In October 2025, a new program year began at four high schools; Old Mill, Severna Park, Severn Run and South River. The project this year is "Carr's Beach Revitalization." Stay tuned to learn how the students projects turn out!
